iDeliver integrates with third-party platforms (Google Sheets, Shopify, WooCommerce, WhatsApp, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platforms' terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

5. Intellectual Property

The iDeliver platform, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of its operators. You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iDeliver and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in harmful conduct. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
